What you can encode
- Link — to a website, menu, form or payment page. The most common option.
- Wi-Fi — guests join the network just by pointing their camera, without typing a password.
- Contact — a vCard business card the phone offers to save right away.
- Email, call, SMS — open a ready-made email, a dialer with the number or a text message.
Printing tips
For print, choose SVG — a vector format that scales without losing quality. The code should be dark on a light background with enough contrast; not all scanners can read light codes on a dark background. If a logo will sit on top of the code or it may get scratched, set high error correction. The minimum printed size is about 2 × 2 cm.
